Directory Input

I have several files that I would like to combine that are in the same directory. The files are formatted the same except the field names in input file 1 are different than file 2. These files are for 2 different years. I think I may be using the wrong tool. The error states that file 2 has a different field name than the 1st in the set.  I have attached the workflow, 2 input files, and what the output should look like. Any help would be appreciated.

@traceystone you need to use the batch macro instead of dynamic input tool if the schema is different
