Desktop trial - business mail

Hi! I'm trying to download the free trial of Alteryx designer desktop version (website says 1 month) but it won't accept my business email (with company domain - format - @companyA.ua
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The error was "Please enter your business email," although it had already been provided. I have already contacted Alteryx support, and the error is most likely related to the domain.
