Hi, I have to deploy the workflow (on my Alteryx designer local) to the client Alteryx's server. Is there a guide or what steps i need to follow?

Thanks

If you already have that kind of access, then you can connect your designer with their server (files>save as > add server) put the url of their gallery and you will be able to upload it directly.

i have never tried connecting client server with my designer, but it should essentially be same. Unless it is blocked by your company policy.

There's also consideration for the authentication type for the client's server setup. If it's SAML, for instance, there might be a couple of extra hoops to jump through with the client's IT team.

All the best,

If your customer strongly request you to upload WFs, they should support you so that you have Artisan role in their Server. As @BS_THE_ANALYST says, it can be challenging depending on auth type of Gallery;

Built-in auth: Your account can be easily created.

Windows auth: Your computer shall be participated in customer's domain

SAML auth: Your account shall be created in their ID provider(Azure, Okta, etc.)

Another consideration can be in terms of EULA of license. I mean...the fact that you access to customer's Server is inline with EULA and the contract that customer made with Alteryx inc.. (it's kind of legal matter.)
