Decimal to Datetime conversion

I have an excel file where there are columns in date-time format like below -

 

Response time
28-02-2022 10:53:22
28-02-2022 11:34:13

 

When I try to import the file in Alteryx, it's showing in decimal values like below -

How can I fix that?
