I would like to ask how can we adjust the data header so that it will be as result below:

What steps have you tried so far?  Meaning what tools and configurations and have you tried?

Here's how I'd go about it @SH_94 - the row containing the useless stacked headers is filtered out by checking that [A] doesn't = 'RM'. After this, we can then take header names from the first row of data with the Dynamic Rename tool. However, because [A], [B] and [C] are already correct, we can leave these unticked, which will result in the following:

The Data Cleanse tool likely won't be necessary when applied to your actual data, but here I just used it to remove the many null rows that came from importing your Excel file:
