Data Preparation - Added Date Field

Hello Community, 

I have an Excel Sheet with two tabs.  First tab is the main data.  Second tab contains a date modified.  I need to add the date modified to the data in the first tab and create a new column at the end called Modified Date.  The attached example contains both tabs with the first tab propagated as I would like it to be.  I have tried a few things but the end result is not what I am expected.  This should be straightforward, but my results are not what I need.  

Would greatly appreciate any help.  Thank you!

Sounds like you likely will need to use the "import only sheet names" in one of your input tools to get the sheet with the date, and append that to your data set.
