Creating a column with Preferred

I have a column with multiple options that are separated by a semi-colon with the preferred choice marked Pref'd.

I'm wanting to separate  that column into the individual columns for later use and also create a column of just the preferred choice.

I know that I can use Text to Column for the first part but I'll probably need to use a RegEx, to create the Preferred column but I don't know how to configure it . 

I'm including a sample of the initial input and the desired output
