Create an App to search for keywords from a pdf

Hi Team,

Hope you all well. I am trying to build a app. The user enters the keyword and then the app has to search through the pdfs to see if that particular keyword is present and then show the frequency of the word.

Please let me know where to start.

To read PDF, first you need the license of  Intelligence Suite.

I would suggest you may use the external tool to convert the PDF to some thing that Alteryx can process without extra license.

Then we can do a lot of things from there.

Thank you so mcuh for the reply. I have got 2 weeks trial license to intelligent suite. But not sure how to go about it. 

Please let me know if there is any sample workflow to create this,

Thank you so much. Really helpful to begin with. Is it possible to use the intelligent suite to extract information from the pdf and pass this to this workflow as text?

I dont have that license so can not really test.
