Create a unique identifier for records that contain matching fields

Hi

 

I'm using a waterfall approach to group these entries together (by email address, phone number, address). Although row 1 and 3 do not match, i want them to group together as i can see they match from the further information in row 4 and row 5. I Would like the final output to be a new group ID for this specific person.
