Create a Summary

I have the below table and I want to create a summary showing for each No what is total count, how many where match and mismatch and what is the percentage of match over the total count. I want to show that for each check from 1 to 4.

I also want to to show for each check, want to show date in columns and show for each account out of total how many are has match and mismatch for the day.
