Core Certificate Issue wrong name

I passed my Designer Core Exam and I received my badge and my certificate. Unfortunately, I realized a Case on my certificate. The Name is not right. Can I change the name on it? I have sent 2 emails to certification@alteryx.com but no one reply to me? Is this email effective?

I would also submit a case to Alteryx Support: Support - Alteryx Community

Yes @Mingrui_Li  you can just go to my Alteryx settings and change your details:
