Convert excel files to PDF

I have a workflow that creates 100 separate excel files that are emailed individually. Is it possible to convert these to PDF files or create them as PDF files in the workflow instead of excel files?

You can use render tools and check the Group Data into Seperate report option.

Ok, I thought it was the Render tool but I have never used it. Where do you select the directory where you want this output saved? I will give this a try
