Connecting to Multiple Sheets at Once

Hello

I tried to repeat steps in the vidoe, but I get the error:

Could anybody help me to solve the issue. I cannot understand why it does not work for me as I repeat exactly the same as in the first example.

Attached xlsx file is created by simply copying the data from sheet1 and then moving/renaming/inserting columns to ensure no changes to the schema. Now when I use this file to read the data from all sheets as shown in tutorial I find that it is not re arranging the data as per the column names in the template but simply adding them as it would in case of renamed. I have highlighted the anomaly in screenshot 'Output'. Kindly advise as to what needs be done here to fix this as this.
