Conditional IF and OR Statement Help Needed

Looking to write a conditional formula to tag the data in the attached workbook. The On Call column is what I am trying to write in Alteyx for it to auto tag, but can't seem to get it right.

Essentially if [TotalPayableHours]=1 AND ([TotalPayableAmount]=100 or [TotalPayableAmount]=250) THEN "Yes" ELSE "" EndIF
