Hyperlinks on Canvas

Is it possible to post hyperlinks directly to a Canvas, ideally as some sort of "free" tool? I know you can add details to a comment box, but that of course requires copying and pasting. I'd rather just be able to click on a tool and it launch a page, or a shortcut to a file, or whatever is related to a particular workflow but has no direct connection or interaction with it.

@simongutteridge you could try the Explorer Box under the documentation tab
