Commas separator value in Layers -Report Map

Hi everyone,

I'm creating a report but no able to see the option to see tag labels separate by commas values (thousands). I looked in Layers options but no specific option for this. Data in join tool is coming with fixed decimal 19.0 and also tried double but no changes.

Any advice?
