Yes i can extract as a text file

that might be a better candidate for parsing data than this excel file

@ginda8 I believe you are using ACS connectors for reading data from SAP. You can try below options to solve this problem

  1. I see that you do not need all the fields coming SAP report. Instead only few selective fields are needed. In this case, Open that report in SAP GUI application (front end) and create a layout with required fields only. You won't be changing the layout of original report. You are just creating another visualization view for that report. After layout is created, you can specify this layout ACS connectors. I hope by doing this you might get all the required fields in one single row as we are removing unnecessary fields.
  2. You can use ACS file tool to read and parse data from SAP extract.

If above two options doesn't work, can you share your extract in txt file. I would like to give it try from my side. Thanks.

@ginda8  It looks like you want to extract data from a SAP Report into an Alteryx workfow. Theobald Software has a dedicated component called Xtract Report for exactly this. It makes it very easy to consume SAP data in a structured format in an automated way. You can check out more details here: https://help.theobald-software.com/en/xtract-for-alteryx/reports . There are also connectors for even more SAP sources such as SAP Queries, Tables, T-Codes, BAPIs, etc. A free trial is available on their homepage
