Chaining dropdowns - with values reading from database - Dynamic

I am building a workflow where I read names and values from the SQL server and added my first dropdown by selecting 'fields from connected tool'. After the user selects the name from the first dropdown, I need to get the value of that corresponding name, give it as input to the database, and then add my second dropdown by selecting 'fields from connected tool'. The same thing happens for the third dropdown. May I know how to build the workflow?
