'Cannot expand named range." error when exporting into a Binary (.xlsb) file

Hello,

Out of the blue, a workflow that has been running successfully for over a year has been giving me the following error message:

Error: Output Data (70): DataWrap2OleDb::SendBatch: Microsoft Access Database Engine: Cannot expand named range.

I have not seen this before and have been unable to fix it. Has anybody seen this before and if so how can this be addressed?

No. Had to switch to XLSX output.
