Cannot add Server on Designer

Hello,

I'm having trouble adding my companys private server on my Alteryx Designer app. Once I add the gallery URL and my email, it loads to a white blank screen that shows no signs of moving 😅 I've tried installing the latest version, previous versions (thats close to our server ver.) but all of those shows the same blank screen after providing my email. I was wondering what might've cause this? 

If this info might help, I'm using a company provided laptop with a single sign on. Also if I go to the Gallery link thru browser and click sign in, its just... signs in. And its also a curator role. Oh and if I use someone else's email, the pop-up window becomes a mini browser and just shows the gallery with my actual account signed in.

Is there someone who has a similar experience? Thank you very much!

What version of Server do you have and what versions of Designer have you tried? Typically I would match versions - I.e. 2022.1 to 2022.1!
