Calculate Processed Date into future

Hello, I'm stuck on a problem and was hoping one of you could help me out. Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm trying to solve what date an order will be processed down to 0 orders based on the following conditions:

1. We process 2,500 orders everyday

2. Start from today's date (4/12/2021)

3. No unfulfilled orders before 4/1/2021

Here's a sample data set with the correct answer on the right. I'm trying to get to work dynamically and will need to scale this for many years into the future.

Order_DT	Orders	Processed_DT?	Correct Answer:
4/1/2021	2000		4/12/2021
4/2/2021	4000		4/14/2021
4/3/2021	1000		4/14/2021
4/4/2021	500		4/14/2021
4/5/2021	3000		4/16/2021

Do weekends/holidays need to be considered?

No, everyday would be the same processing amount (2500) - Weekdays, weekends, holidays.

I would use running total and ceil division as attached...
