CSV File Date Format Issue

I am trying to read a CSV file that has date in custom format "DD-MMM". How to bring proper date format in alteryx? I have more files so it is impossible for me to change in excel. Please help. Attaching an image of what is the issue.

Gotcha @IraWatt 

I'm just assuming Excel was picking up that it should be a date and assigning it to current year. I don't see any year when I open it in a text editor, but I'm just speculating.

@Luke_C ow lol 😅 I think your right. Excel is actually just guessing the date It is applying 2022 for dates formatted like 10-Mar and applying the the last number as a year value for dates like Sep-30. @SowmyaSrinivasan Are you sure your data actually contains any year information?
