So working to simplify some of our manual payment compilation for our finance department. On a monthly basis we are provided with one-off bonuses and performance award amounts which don't flow through the normal process.
This comes in the same format each time in the areas which are highlighted green:
Each month an individual has to map out the manual pay periods even though the range is provided and compiles the inputs highlighted blue (same thing is done for tax). The formula is simple enough within Alteryx but hoping to use it to drastically reduce the time and effort to compile the cost per each pay period.
Our pay periods are twice a month and fall on the 15th of a month and the last day of the month. I have to imagine we will have to have some manual intervention, however looking for a way to drastically reduce the time as the information changes a few times during the course of the month as the other department goes through their checks and balance on the underlying data.
Any thoughts?
Can you provide the information from the screen shot in a table. Even when zoomed in we can't actually see your data.

Thanks @danilang, and my apologies. See below this is the information which is received:
Total Bonus | Total Equity | Total Payments | Bonus Taxes | Equity Taxes | Total Taxes | # of Pay Periods | Payment Periods | |
Person | A | B | A+B=C | D | E | D+E=F | 10 | 1/15-5/31 |
This is the information which has to be manually compiled/calculated:
Pay Period Payment | Pay Period Taxes | 15-Jan | 31-Jan | 15-Feb | 28-Feb | 15-Mar | 31-Mar | 15-Apr | 30-Apr | 15-May | 31-May |
C/10 | F/10 | C/10 | C/10 | C/10 | C/10 | C/10 | C/10 | C/10 | C/10 | C/10 | C/10 |
Not sure if I replied correctly as looks like my tag didn't go through as not at the right level. Trying to reply directly this time for a better response rate.
