Automation Process and generate new files

Hello Alteryx Community!

I'm reaching out to the experts out there in need of assistance with developing an automation process that at the end of each quarter will populate a new file. I currently have a data file that is over 148MM records which would easily become unruly if attempted to collect a years worth of data. So I was thinking of being able to generate a new file at the end of each quarter.  Any recommendations in achieving this automation process would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend you reach out to your License admin for Alteryx to see if you already have the correct license for this. If you are not sure, you can open a case with our support team through the Support page, or by emailing Support@alteryx.com.

Thanks Trevor, in response to your comment, yes I do have the appropriate license and permissions to create automation processes. My question was asking for suggestions/recommendations on how to automate dynamic quarterly output files within my workflow?

Can you provide more information - Where is the data sourced from? What type of file are you looking to output? 148M records isn't insignificant and the answer could vary depending on what you're trying to do.
