Assigning a variable and transpose columns?

Hi All,

My data is in the following format:

Client Name         Child's name            DOB

John Doe              Abe                          1/1/01

James Bond         Bob                           2/1/01  

Tom Cruise           Nick                          3/1/01

Tom Cruise           Sam                          4/1/01

Lisa Frank             Amy                          5/1/01

Lisa Frank             Pat                           6/1/01

Lisa Frank             Will                           7/1/01

I want to transform it so that the client name is only one line: For example Tom Cruises row would me

Client                         Child Name 1           DOB 1                Child Name 2          DOB 2

John Doe                   Abe                           1/1/01 

Tom Cruise                Nick                          3/1/01                 Sam                         4/1/01 

Is there a way to transform this?

Honestly, it is not that dynamic yet. Hope you get some ideas though.
