Alteryx Module Execution Error

We have a designer with Desktop Automation. And we have been using Alteryx in command line as well. Since couple of hours we have started getting this error:

1. When trying to run a module from within Alteryx: Error: Designer x64: The Designer x64 reported: AlteryxProcessManager: Error executing AlteryxCmd
 CommandLine: "C:\Program Files\Alteryx\bin\AlteryxEngineCmd.exe" /Binary \\.\pipe\1727d0ba-41df-4ad6-9988-b798b9c1c4e8_In \\.\pipe\1727d0ba-41df-4ad6-9988-b798b9c1c4e8_Out
 Windows Error: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

2. At command line: "this app can't run on your PC"

 

OS is Windows Server 2016 Essentials. And we have been running on this for the past 3 years.

When something has been running for years thatwas working fine quits, check that there were no patching events done or upgrades.   Things generally do not tend to stop.
