Thanks for the response @SPetrie . Is it possible to adjust the workflow you created? My updated file consist of rows which are some need not to be omitted. Attaching updated file for your reference. The output should look like this:

Im not sure how to decide which of the rows should stay or not when it has an xyx company but no data in the other columns. For the offset xyx name, assuming that the actual name is in the next row after the blank, this variation should help.
