Adding two text input

I have two text input . First one contain value 

and second text input contain 

I need to have it together in a new column : Invoice Q1 is it possible?

Use Union tool with: "Manually Configurate Fields" Option and adjust it as needed:

Do you mean you want to create a column and have the value be "Q1 Invoice" or you want to create a new column titled "Q1 Invoice"?

If it's the first option you can simply append them together, then use a formula tool to create the combined value.

If you want to make that a column header you can use a dynamic rename tool..
