I use Email tool from reporting tab and it is going to email the output. Also I need add some of calculation summary in the email body. Is there possible way to add to that the email body?!

Ok, so I think the Group by Option in the Table tool is the culprit!
By checking to group by each of those fields, you're essentially creating a separate table for each group and each table will get the text added and then emailed individually with the email tool.
If you want everything in the same table, uncheck all the group by check boxes. Now only 1 table will be created which should result in only one email.
