Adding a row for Text and adjust final output to numbers with comma

Hi All,

Please see attached my current output form the current Alteryx workflow I had. I would like to 1) add a row for text and also change these numbers format to numbers with comma. Could someone please help me with this? Thanks so much!

To decorate a table for output, you may want to use Reporting tools.
