Count regression tool gives error, but still provides output?

Can anyone explain why i might be getting an error like this? the workflow still runs and i dont see anything wrong.. There are no nulls in the input, and the output looks fine..

Matthew, it looks like this is a outstanding Microsoft C++ issue and is a spurious error message.  See the previous forum entry here for more info.
