Add row with count formula

Hi,

I'm trying to add a row at the end of my Alteryx results showing count of data present.

Kindly help with this. Thanks. 

My result :

TYPE	PERCENTAGE	REMARKS
A	30
B	40
C	12
D	55
E	63

Desired output

TYPE	PERCENTAGE	REMARKS
A	30
B	40
C	12
D	55
E	63
Count	5
