Access and Filepath issues after upgrading to Designer 2021.3

I have been running the same workflows for 3+ years now.  I haven't modified anything recently and all were running fine until I upgraded to the latest version of Designer 2021.3.  Now I have a Date/Time scenario that produced a .csv file to a network drive with the current day's date that is not working. It's not recognizing the path anymore.  I've validated the path and even tried to change it but it's still not recognizing and creating the file name with the date.  I'm using the formula tool with the Filepath = "R:\Alteryx_Folder\"+"Receipts\"+"Receiptsfrom"+[DateTimeNow]+".csv" then it outputs the csv file in this format: Receiptsfrom20210901

 

I've tried changing the path to what shows in the Workflow dependencies as UNC but that didn't work either.

I've attached a snippet of what was working until the upgrade.

 

Any suggestions?
