Why are my custom measures not showing up in 'Set Segments' or in 'Discover'?

Solution: 

If you notice some of the configurations and custom measure calculations not loading or populating in other dataset settings screens, all you need to do is refresh the browser.  

At times the page gets cached, and it doesn’t show the actual changes. Refreshing will solve this issue.
