The Digital Customer Success team is on a mission to provide a data-driven experience that feels highly personalized and value-focused for Alteryx customers at scale. The Customer Success team historically supported the company's largest customers, but the Digital team is using data to help every single customer address the onboarding and adoption challenges they face. 

 

In this blog post, we will introduce you to some of our Digital Customer Success Managers and shed light on how and when they work with customers like you.

The Digital Customer Success team uses various automation tools, including (can you take a guess?) Alteryx products, to meet the needs of our customers while delivering superb service. This enables the team to support every stage of the customer journey, like onboarding welcome emails, interactive working sessions, and our fantastic Maveryx Community that’s made up of analytical-minded people like you!

As your partners in success, the Digital Customer Success team offers a range of resources to ensure you get more value with Alteryx, including: 

  • Onboarding: Providing all the relevant information users need to get started on the Community’s Launch Pad if they are new to Alteryx or have not used it in a while. 
  • Working Sessions: Helping users work through issues they are facing and how they can get to the next stage in their analytics journey. These sessions not only support users and champions but also build on a library of use cases for Alteryx’s internal reference and knowledge sharing! 
  • Value Realization: Outlining and highlighting the incredible work users are doing. After a working session, the Digital Customer Success team analyzes and quantifies the value realized from transforming manual business processes into automated workflows. The resulting value realization document can be shared with the user's stakeholders to showcase the art of the possible with Alteryx.
  • Community Support: Connecting with our vibrant Maveryx Community – the digital place you are in now 😊. Join the discussion so you can ask questions and get answers within hours from Alteryx users who are passionate about helping each other succeed.

Alex Marinov, AMERS 

  • Tenure: 2 years 
  • Skillset: Advanced analytics, data blending, and preparation, workflow optimization 
  • Hobbies: Alex enjoys keeping up with new tech and SaaS offerings in the ETL and marketing space, along with reading non-fiction. While most of his free time is occupied by his daughters and family, once in a blue moon, he enjoys some AOE II and D2.

Hannah Malek, EMEA 

  • Tenure: 1 year  
  • Skillset: Data preparation and ETL pipelines, data visualization  
  • Hobbies: Hannah spends her mornings active - running around the streets of London. On weekends, you’ll find her going to music gigs and concerts!

Jacky Chow, APJ 

  • Tenure: 2 years  
  • Skillset: Data blending, predictive analytics, advanced analytics, cloud computing 
  • Hobbies: Jacky is a passionate basketball, tennis, and soccer fan. In addition to following the leagues, he plays 2-3 times a week. His other hobbies include PC gaming.
