How to find ADAPT Program Drills

Hello,

I'm on Week 1, Day 5 of the ADAPT Program and I've completed all of the requirements except the Select Tool Drill because I can't figure out how to find the instructions for the drill. There is not a hyperlink on that item and searching the community for 'drill' and googling doesn't yield the results I'm looking for either. 

Any hints?

The TRY IT! link and Select Tool Drill are the same thing. It's redundant.
