Hello @Divya_Kumar and welcome to the Community. Many people in analytics don't have a tech background - so no worries 🙂

 

Speaking of Excel, we have a section on the Alteryx Academy dedicated to Excel users. if you are new to Alteryx entirely, I'd suggest you start with the learning paths. 

Once you get your footing, you can also review the content and ask questions on the Designer forum. Don't hesitate to ask if you need anything!
