Tried to get this one working for quite a while. Parsed through some of the more recent solutions and lots of people mentioning the link has expired.

Mocked up a dummy workflow to start to process the data if the link had worked.

link does not work so I dummied up a local folder of images and did the abbreviated tool set and got the answers

As link is invalid, I used local files instead

I went with option 2 for download as well.  My download tool is blocked by firewall, but I was able to follow the logic through to completion leveraging the approach offered by @NicoleJohnson  - thank you, Nicole!

Went for the "local" method. Did a fuzzy match as the names weren't quite the same, that was fun.
