My solution attached.

 

Was not able to complete 100% due to time constraint, but did get the data batch imported, replaced nulls with the averages, and developed one time series model for bakery.

The factory tools simplify this exercise significantly by performing a specialized batch macro.

Regarding the inputs, in this very special case, all the spreadsheets have the same sheet names and formats so you can pull in all of them at once without a macro. 

For practicality, I'd suggest splitting the data prep from the time series analysis. Once you have the data ready, there's no need to recreate it on each workflow run.
