Approached the challenge with a slightly different way. Used Tile tool to generate ranking.

I used the RecordID and MultiRow Formula tools to create the ranks (which I now see can be done using the Tile tool) and then filtered based on those values.

My formula solution requires the data to be sorted before, so I think the Tile solution is probably strictly better.

Great quick exercise and way to introduce the Tile tool though.
