Challenge #9: Analytics Ranking

Thanks for the challenge.  AN interesting twist would have been to skip ranks due to ties.  For example.  If two golfers are tied for first, the second best score is not ranked second, but third.  In our dataset, this would make the first 3 ranks go 1, 1, 3.
