2 text to columns to split hours and minutes
formula to get Day duration
Multirow formula to get daylight diff: 
if isnull([Row-1:Day duration (Minutes)]) then null()
else [Day duration (Minutes)]-[Row-1:Day duration (Minutes)]
endif
Summarize to get sum of daylight diff and union to get final table
