Solved! I would have been done a little faster if I hadn't misread "Tara was 1 minute faster" as "Tara was 1 minute slower" - oops

I reused so many tools that there has GOT to be a better way, I'm looking forward to checking out the solution file after I post my attempt. But I got Tara coming in 11th - good work Tara! I calculated min, max, and average from the ranks because I wasn't entirely sure which measure we were after.

Done! I did a more automated way of calculating Tara's new time based off Clarissa (in case Clarissa's time changes)

here's my solution.  I transposed the data, parsed the times, converted them into seconds, averaged and ranked but I feel it could have been more streamlined.
