This was an interesting challenge and very useful if you have to plot multi-stop routes. I also got different results for Average Intensity (reason in spoiler).

 

Spoiler
We have to duplicate some points to create a continuous path from segment to segment. It looks like the solution counts that duplicate record toward the average in the prior segment. For example, when segment 2 transitions to segment 3 at 2017081718, we have to include the first TS point as the "end" of segment 2. The solution is including that first TS point in the average intensity (while I am not).
