Challenge #81: Multi-Level Bill of Materials Problem

I repurposed a macro I use for BOM records that are structured differently....may have possibly just been easier to start from scratch as dealing with "Labor" (130-000), "Galvanising", and "MS Flat 80x8" gave me difficulty, as they show up in the Part Number column of the output multiple times with different "Full Quantity" values.
