Used a couple extra sorts before the summarize tools so data looked a bit more organized. First run through got the wrong answer, but then noticed the solution was using 7/1 as a start date not 6/1.

Had to look at the video solution to understand the challenge. Additionally, not sure if I'm interpreting it correctly, but since we're looking at tickets since June 2013, why is the filter from July on?
