I created a boolean field for "Burger or Pizza", "Sides", And "Drinks". If all three were true within a given ticket ID it counted towards total potential meal deals.

Tried to make the answer as slim as I could and used the IsEmpty formula which came in real handy. This one was a good exercise.

Got it figured out! 

Thank you to some of the early comments about how to interpret "since June 2013". Once I had the right date filter, it all worked out.
