I think it might be worth updating the instruction in the start file regarding the date filtering. The one I downloaded still says "since June 2013".

Find & Replace tool (in my case Find&Append) plus couple of Summary tools and I got a solution.

Used the Summarize tool to concatenate order information per ticket.
