Complete! I was very confused until I realized that while the start file still says to look at tickets since June, the forum post says July. Once I adjusted the date filter for July instead of June, I got matching results.

I was a good way to discover the mistakes and what needs to be adjusted. My Alteryx started slow and did not populate the given columns right away. But it has gone much better when I was working on it much longer. Below is the flow I created
