My solution. I wasn't getting the correct answers at first, and then I noticed the solution was using July 2013 onward instead of June 2013, as the wording of the challenge suggests. Other than that, this was a good challenge and really made me think!

Working the solution and noticed that the second join provides different results whether you use an Int32 or byte for the flag field... why is that? If the flag only stores "1", should it matter how it's stored?
